Specializing in yoga, anatomy, and assisted stretch for nearly two decades, Jayme's passion and knowledge for assisting others towards living their best lives continues to expand. She utilizes a range of techniques from assisted stretch theory, Thai massage, functional exercise, and yoga to optimize athletic performance, reduce stress & tension, relieve joint pain, and safely increase range of motion.
Jayme offers 60, 75, and 90 minute house call sessions.
Amanda's background is in Hatha Vinyasa yoga, meditation, movement, anatomy, and assisted stretch. Her goal with her clients is to help establish mind-body awareness to better understand what causes tension in the body and how to alleviate it over time. Amanda believes in making meaningful changes in a gradual, more manageable, and long lasting way.
